Shipping Time Frame
All Capital Vapors products are currently shipped from our retail location in Youngsville, NC. Most orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days from the date in which it was shipped. Please refer to the shipping provider for delivery schedules on weekends. There will be no deliveries on holidays or Sundays.
Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed and shipped. We will do our best to process all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Here at Capital Vapors, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 14 day exchange only policy for orders and/or parts that are non-functional on arrival. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in non-working condition upon arrival and must be sent back in unused condition with a receipt or proof of purchase. If the item has been put together and does not function or turn on, this also qualifies as exchangeable.
Almost all of the items that we sell at Capital Vapors are considered wear items meaning that they are only rated to function for a certain amount of time. E-Cigs, Batteries and other items have expected life spans based on amount of use and not time from date of purchase. Because of this we cannot offer a warranty or return policy.
The exchange policy does include dissatisfaction with the product or performance of the product or damage due to misuse or neglect of the product.

Any items considered to be disposable such as “Clearette” Disposable Electronic Cigarettes.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
To complete your exchange, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
